  1. Pursuant to the legislation and jurisprudence applicable in Belgium, we shall inform you in no uncertain terms of the conditions of the processing, by our company, of your personal data that you would leave by visiting the website www.hotelvedette.be and we shall therefore seek your prior, express, free and informed consent to proceed therewith, which you agree to give by browsing my site.
  2.  As data controller and/or subcontractor, established in Belgium, we are legally bound to comply with the standards applicable in Belgium for the protection of your privacy, as our company undoubtedly has activities in Belgium and we mainly address ourselves to Internet users residing in Belgium. We intend to comply with these requirements. Any failure to comply therewith would be interpreted only as a simple error in good faith, without any  intent of malice or to harm anyone.

Personal data shall include, in particular, the IP address of your connection device, i.e. the unique identifier of your computer, smartphone, tablet, watch or other connected device, any cookies that may be installed on your connected device during your visit to our site, even at the initiative of one of our suppliers or a third party, whether we are informed thereof or not, as well as any data that you communicate to us using the contact page on our website.
  4. If you visit our website www.hotelvedette.be  several times, a record of your visit may have been kept to facilitate the opening of the web pages of our site each time you visit. We will respond as soon as possible, subject to a slight delay which may be due to technical constraints.

Should you decide to use the contact page of our site www.hotelvedette.be  and to benefit from our commercial promotion and direct marketing actions, our company will never ask you a priori to provide financial data, such as a bank account or credit card number, or the validation code and the expiry date of your card. Under no circumstances will our company disclose your data to third parties other than our subcontractors who are bound to our company by contract, as required by the legislation and case law applicable in Belgium.
